Aveeno Rose Water & Chamomile Shampoo for Dry Hair, Hydrating, 12 fl oz(Packaging May Vary)

I have very sensitive skin and thin hair. So I need volume and something very gentle that won't set off an allergic reaction. This is the answer. This helps to fluff up my hair and it doesn't make me scratch my head in itchiness. It calm down my sensitive skin and is my go-to shampoo. It has a nice scent to it. My hair looks great after using it.

I love Aveeno products. They do as they advertise. I had never tried the shampoo though. I had been using an all-natural shampoo by another brand, but they were expensive. I wanted something that didn't have a lot of harsh chemicals or a heavy scent, and a reasonable price. I am so glad I tried the Aveeno. The scent is light and pleasant. My hair feels clean, has great volume, and is easy to manage. I don't even have to use a conditioner as often. The price is easy on my budget. I'll continue to use this brand.

Aveeno came out with three new scents in this particular line of products, a green one for thinning hair, an apple cider vinegar one for oily hair, and this lovely rose chamomile one for dry hair. Ironically, it was the rose chamomile that was the most volumizing and best for my thinning hair, and in my personal opinion the best smelling out of all the other options. Yet, for whatever reason they kept the other two out of the line but have discontinued this one. Sad face. You can still find it online if you want to pay a ridiculous price for it where and when you can find it. As much as I loved it though, and as much as it's been one of the best shampoos I've ever used, I gave up trying to find it as eventually it won't be around anywhere anymore after a while anyway. But hey, even if you just enjoy it once, it's worth it because it really is/was a great shampoo. Boo Aveeno, for discontinuing this one!

I like this better than I expected to. Aveeno products can be hit or miss. This set (got both the shampoo and conditioner) softens my dyed and overly dry hair. I'm not a fan of rose-scented anything because it smells like old ladies to me, but this set has a subtle rose odor that is non-offensive. (Seriously, I HATE the smell of rose oil and I don't mind this product.) Often I only like the conditioner in a set but I actually like both of these and how they feel when applying and rinsing.

I have only used this product once (in combination with the conditioner) but I can already tell it has massively improved my dry scalp. Before purchasing this shampoo and conditioner my scalp would start to itch almost as soon as my hair was fully dry and flakes would start to fall. It has now been about 36 hours since I used this product and my scalp only itches occasionally and the number of flakes I'm seeing has been drastically reduced (somewhere between 50-75% fewer flakes). Also, it smells wonderful.

This is the fifth shampoo I have switched to in six months. My scalp is super sensitive. I was looking for something to help with that, but also something that provided moisture to my hair. After I wash my hair with this, my hair feels very lightweight and it’s a wonderful feeling! . I don’t get the itchiness I’m used to with the other shampoos I’ve used. It has a lovely lather and it cleans your hair well, and it is a great value for your money!!!

This product smells good and is free of chemicals but gives my hair no body at all…

I bought this cos Aveeno is a trusted product name, and was hoping that the shampoo would turn out nicely too. It lathered nicely - not too much, neither was it too little, and the scent was just nice too and not overpowering. I currently alternating this with another shampoo, and would get it again.
