Limelite VB-1400 Mosaic Solo On-Camera Led Light with Shoe Mount Diffusion (Black)

I mean, seriously? I put a set of cheap alkaline batteries in this unit in May. Used it off and on throughout the day in my on-site studio setup. Used it occasionally in the home studio. In mid-August, another day-long session in the on-site studio. Let it sit, and took it out last week because I wanted some directed lighting for a puzzle we were working on. After about 4 hours, it started to flicker.That's one set of batteries, that cost me $7 for a box of 24. (enough to run the light 3 times) That's economy!The lighting is good We've used it on-camera, mounted on a tripod, and hand-held by an assistant. Easy to adjust the level of lighting, and the filters are nice for making sure we get proper color reproduction.I'm going to be recommending this to friends and associates.

It's made of plastic and not very bright, it's good for about 4ft, I use it for my camera light to shoot interviews in sports room lockerooms.

Slightly sceptical about this product as I had received mixed reviews on constant lighting led products but decided to go for it. The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. The light can be powered by either 8x AA batteries or by a power supply.The light is extremely bright! Fall off is evident and will require two lights for serious work. I have another on order along with 2 x power adapters.Extremely happy with this product.
