Exactly what I needed

A little slow at lower temperatures.
I just made my first two gallons of hard cider with this yeast. My first gallon only had the apple cider and a can of apple juice concentrait, and that one was really fast, only taking about 8 days to become dry. The second one is diffrent. Its just 9 grapefruits worth of juice (like 7 cups maybe?), and half a cup of brown sugar. Its been exactly two weeks and it is still going. Granted, the ambient temerature is around 60 degrees, but so was the last one. If you plan on using it, try keeping it in the high 60's/low 70's. Overall, i would reccomend this yeast.

I loved the taste
Using a homemade apple cider I wanted to make a hard cider and used this yeast. After tasting it along the way it is a lovely tart and dry taste. Have made hard cider with the same homemade apple cider before with different yeast, and this batch just is so much better for my liking. Will be using again! Also going to use the same brand mead yeast for my next batch of mead!

Works well.
Only ran one batch but so far I like it. Ran 6 gallons in 2 carboys and split the yeast between them. Leaves more apple flavor and aroma then the champagne yeast I've been using which was rated as the best yeast available for ciders. Little expensive but will buy again.

Hungry little bugger
I've been making ciders, ales, and meads for a year. This guy is hungry. Eats through sugar quickly. Im use too beers taking about a week to eat through the sugars. This took a day. I thought my brew had stalled. Nope it was a hungry one. 11% abv red ale. Quite cloudy but the boys did their job.

Excellent results...
Very Clear, 9% ABV, 3.14 PH. Final reading on the Hydrometer was .950. This yeast not only did it's job, there are no off smells or flavors, just the smell of fruit. Will be using the yeast from now on.

FIZZY FOR SURE.
Works quickly. Not sure if it’s alcoholic though used it with apple cider.
