Campbell's Condensed Cream of Bacon Soup, 10.5 Ounce Can (Pack of 12)

It's yummy! I used it in a noodle casserole and in green bean casserole (very good in that). I'm confident it will be good in anything. My next try will be scalloped potatoes.

I've had a lot of cream soups in my life - most cream of chicken and mushroom. This particular soup take cream soups to an entirely different level! This item is not available in my local grocery store. Now that I've tried it, I can guarantee that it will be a staple in pantry as long as I'm still breathing! The size and price are comparable to similar cream soups, and the texture is amazing!

Adds just a hint of smokiness to savory sauces: baked pastas, crab and shrimp enchiladas, cream of vegetable soup etc. I always have cans in the pantry for cooking.

during covid found a couple on Krogers shelf tried it love it. They don't carry it anymore and can't find it anywhere so ty Amazon for carrying it! I have not ate like soup but I use it always in making soups of all kind please try it you will love it

First off, we love this soup. Goes great in casseroles. The only reason for the 4-star review is the shipping. Amazon insists on sticking the 12pk of soups into an oversized box with a single strip of brown packing paper. It is not enough packing. This results in 5 of the cans getting dented.

Although I have seen Campbell's bean and bacon soup in the supermarket, prior to stumbling across this item on Amazon, I hadn't known that Campbell's also made cream of bacon. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this soup does indeed have a (mild) bacon like flavor. On the day this product arrived, I was a bit scrunched for time in terms of making dinner. Since I thought that this soup was a bit too bland, I improvised an Alrredo sauce by adding in one can's worth of freshly made chicken stock to mix with one can of cream of bacon. I then stirred in a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of granulated garlic. After this mixture to a simmer, I added some leftover sliced poached chicken and served the contents over a bowl of leftover steamed white rice that I had microwaved. The chicken was garnished with a mixture of chopped green onions and salad toppings (sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and soy bacon bits). This meal took less than ten minutes to produce and plate. It was wonderfully convenient as well as delicious! I am now thinking of making a bacon-cheese sauce by mixing 1 can of this soup with a half cup of shredded cheese and perhaps a touch of sour cream to mix with steamed broccoli. I would also like to use it to mix with some chicken broth and the contents of a box of cornbread stuffing.

Who doesn't LOVE bacon?!?!? I was so happy to find this cream of bacon soup!! It literally jazzed up any dish you normally use cream of mushroom soup in. I just add it to whatever I feel like. It is awesome in breakfast casserole! If you are a bacon fan as much as I am, this is your go to calling!! Run! Quick! Go get you some!!!

Love this soup. Wish the grocery stores offered it or that Campbells advertised it more. Excellent for cooking.
