I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter, and it turned out to be a brilliant choice. She absolutely loves being creative, so I was confident this would be right up her street — especially as she’s done similar art projects before and really enjoyed them. From the moment she opened it, she was excited to get started. The kit has everything you need to dive straight in, which is great, and the metallic paints give such a lovely, eye-catching finish. She’s already created a couple of beautiful decorative stones that look genuinely impressive and well finished. What I love most is how absorbed she gets while working on them. She’s said she can completely lose herself in the artwork, which says a lot — it’s relaxing, engaging, and really satisfying to do. It’s been lovely to see her so focused and proud of what she’s made. Overall, this was a great hit and a really thoughtful creative gift. I’d happily recommend it to anyone buying for someone who enjoys arts and crafts or just wants a calming, creative activity that produces something special at the end.

As expected but haven’t opened it yet because it’s a secret Santa for someone!

This was a lot of fun to do, especially with the metallic colours. We each came up with our own designs, and it was a nice arts & crafts activity. However, it was a bit messy getting the paint pots open. Also, there was only one brush and one stick for tools, so we had to take turns; also we found it difficult to try any of the designs in the book with the tools provided. There were four rocks provided, which led to leftover paint, but we plan on finding our own rocks and using the paint to do this again!

4 rocks of a good size, 4 metallic paints and a handy guide to help you paint. The 4 paints can be mixed to make extra colours. The quality is very good.

Arrived on time, a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, so not been used as yet. I did check the contents and read the booklet which advised using stones with no cracks, unfortunately 2 of the stones had cracks in them. Other than that it was ideal for my craft mad granddaughter.

Perfect gift for a young girl who is artistic and enjoys creating beautiful designs.

This is so much fun for kids and adults and the paints are beautiful. It also comes with a book of painting ideas which was so helpful. I would recommend this for kids age 5+ all the way to adults of all ages.
