Ingredients: SKINLESS CHICKEN MEAT, WATER, RAW SUGAR, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF SEA SALT, CELERY POWDER. I follow a low FODMAPS diet (i.e., onion and garlic sensitive) and have had no issues for years with this.

Does this contain sugar or other sweeteners (i.e. Honey, turbinado sugar)

You must be on the Keto diet to ask that question... I don't have the box anymore , but if it did, it's very low that it won't spike your blood sugar. They do make bacon for the paleo diet, just so you know.

Why does it cost $19.50 for one box and it’s less than $5.00 at the grocery store?

The site was a rip off - I just didn't read closely enough. My grocery is stocking it again for $4.99. Taught me a lesson to pay attention.

Is it true that this does not have to be refrigerated- Before opening? It seems so strange to eat chicken bacon that has been stored in a cabinet.

These were always kept in with regular bacon in a refrigerated space and when Amazon shipped the boxes, they always were in a refrigerated bag with frozen water bottles.
