I needed these chipotle pepper flakes for a recipe and I am glad I took a chance and ordered them. They have the feeling of a sun dried tomato, not really like dried pepper flakes. They give my queso the perfect heat when I make it in my high speed blender. I have enough to last me a long while as the jars are also larger than I expected.I’m very happy with this product.

These chipotle pepper flakes are far different than any of the powdered forms out there. First they are dried flakes and not powder. Secondly, they have a true, smokey, authentic flavor that can't be found in any of the powdered forms that I've tried...and I've tried many. They are pricey, but I will pay the extra money for its outstanding flavor. If you're a die hard chipotle fan like I am, once you try this, you'll buy nothing else.

Was hard to find for awhile.I also like the Smokey paprika and Herbs de Provence from this company.Looking forward to trying some new spices I just bought.

Use these peppers on my pizza. Even take it with me to our favorite pizza joint. What I don't like is that years ago it was ground into smaller bits and now the pieces are too large for me. So, I have a coffee grinder I grind it up in to make it more appealing to me. The flavor is worth the extra work.
