I’m honestly very happy I discovered these electrolyte powders from Pedialyte. You just mix the powder with the right amount of water, and that’s it — the drink is ready. I first used it when I had food poisoning and was clearly dehydrated, and it helped me feel better much faster. This is also a great option for the morning after a party, when your body really needs hydration. I even gave it to my child once when she had diarrhea from antibiotics — for her, I just diluted it with more water so it wasn’t too concentrated. Everything went well.
