I recently started struggling with regular bowel movements after starting up a medication again. I've previously tried Dulcolax and Metamucil without much success, and if you're reading this, then you probably know just how uncomfortable and downright miserable it feels to be backed up. I followed the directions exactly: one tea bag steeped in 10 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes, no more and no less. I added a little honey and lemon, and the taste was actually really pleasant. I can't speak to how it tastes plain since I haven't tried it without them. I drank it around 6:45 PM, went about my evening as usual, drank plenty of water, and slept like a baby. No cramping, uncomfortable urgency, or middle-of-the-night surprises. The next morning I had my usual cup of coffee, which doesn't affect my bowel movements at all, and around 10:45 AM, success! Everything was smooth, quick, and painless with no mess or discomfort. It didn't feel harsh or dramatic at all for me, which I really appreciated. Of course, everyone's body can respond differently, so I'd follow the directions carefully and see how it works for you. For me, this was such a pleasant surprise after other options hadn't helped. Very happy with the results, good luck to you! Review: Works great - This always gets the job done! Lol. It clears you out and it has a very smooth taste. You can always enhance the taste with a little bit of lemon or honey if you’d like to. ## Features - A Gentle Reset: Our extra-strength tea bags offer a richer, fuller brew with a clearly noticeable herbal presence, suited for those who want a stronger cup that remains gentle on the stomach and pleasant to drink - Go-To Nightly Ritual: Sip a warm cup before bed to unwind and support gentle overnight comfort. You can always enhance the taste with a little bit of lemon or honey if you’d like to. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s alright *by T***N on September 4, 2026* Updated: what a difference a week makes! Changed my review now to 5 starts. Very different experience this week!! Old review: . I purchased this tea upon recommendation from an Instagram influencer, Chorro King. As people have already mentioned bodies are different. The tea is a mild laxative for me. In fact, after the first day really nothing had changed the second day was a little more progressive. I have since tried the tea four times during the week and nothing has really changed. One reason may be because I do regularly drink green tea anyway just not this particular brand. The tea is quite tasty so I will continue to drink it one cup a night. ## Frequently Bought Together - 3 Ballerina Tea Dieters Drink, Extra Strength, 18-Count Tea Bags - FullChea - Liver Detox Tea - 30 Teabags Herbalism Traditional Chinese Liver Cleanse Tea - Including Chrysanthemum, Jasmine, Mulberry Leaf, Momordica Grosvenor, Yine Abrus - Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move, Helps Relieve Constipation Overnight, 16 Teabags --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/8940368-3-ballerina-tea-dieters-drink-extra-strength-18-count-tea](https://www.desertcart.is/products/8940368-3-ballerina-tea-dieters-drink-extra-strength-18-count-tea) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
