This little heater works great when you need some extra warmth! It’s not going to heat an entire room, but if you have it within a few feet of you, it definitely keeps you nice and warm. It heats up quickly and is perfect to have next to you when you’re working or sitting somewhere that gets a little chilly.

Noise output is minimal; I never needed to adjust TV volume, speak louder than normal, nor awakened during sleep from the noise output. In just one day, I barely noticed when the heater cycled on or off. This B+D Ceramic Heater includes a one-year warranty. To activate it, simply scan the code on the instruction booklet. After a brief name and address registration, your heater is immediately covered. While an extended warranty is available for beyond the one year mark, the heater's affordable price point makes purchasing a new unit a more economical option than extending coverage after a year. Its compact profile allows it to fit neatly on a desk or beside a bed, adapting to various spaces. The lowest setting often provides ample warmth, though individual preferences will dictate optimal usage. Overall, this heater performs exceptionally well, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. **Please note: this heater is basic. It doesn’t have a remote control nor does it oscillate. The size is approximately the size of a hard covered book. Not large by any means. I feel even though this is very basic, I feel you will be getting far more than your monies worth. Also not that this particular model is entirely black. There are other models with silver and other makeups of color coordination’s. ***IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Always plug this or any heater directly into a wall outlet. Ceramic heaters, regardless of brand, are known fire hazards when connected to extension cords or power strips, even those with surge protection.

My last under desk heater died. That was after 10 years of honorable service. So, seeing this small model, I thought to replace it. I did not thoroughly enough research. While this would have heated the desired area competently, it had restrictions as to the space around the heater. The area was going to be too small. I pay attention to things like this as I live in an older home and keep alert for possible fire hazards. So, although I know the brand for quality and durability, I had to return the item. It is small, discreet, and will heat efficiently, while not pulling unnecessary amounts of voltage to do the job. It should do well, but be aware it needs 3 feet of perimeter space around the unit. I only found that caution in the user manual after having opened the package.

I love this little heater! I use it at work, and it works really well for keeping my space warm. It may be small, but it’s definitely powerful. I also like that you can set the temperature and it will automatically shut off once it reaches it that’s a great feature for convenience and safety. Love it. Small and compact and great quality

I like the heater as it does just what it is supposed to do and it was priced competitively. However, the knobs are difficult to turn. One reason is that they are the opposite of the heater I replaced, but I know I'll get used to that. The other reason is that the knobs are partially recessed and hard to grip without standing directly over the heater. That means that I cannot change the setting without getting out of bed as I cannot reach or get a grip on the knobs. Otherwise, it is good; heats the bedroom well in a short time.
