I have watched this movie many times. The actors are very good together. Great ensemble cast as well, and Woody Harrelson is hilarious.

Best movie ever

Who doesn’t love this movie! It was a very good quality DVD and we have watched it several times. I’ve had friends borrow it and it’s still like brand new.

Prefect fit. Looks great

I didn't expect to like this movie when a few of my friends decided it was a must for girls' night. I was pleasantly surprised to be cackling and ready to watch again before the 2-day On Demand ran out. More than one of us immediately decided it was a must buy. Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis have great chemistry in this story and while there are some very cliche moments, it's a clever, well-delivered storyline. The actors play the roles in a way that you want to go hang out with them and there are several laugh out loud moments. While there's certainly plenty of sexual content, it's not nearly as raunchy as I had feared either, which I found to be a plus.

Cute and funny movie

This movie is the perfect mix of humor and romance. Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis have amazing chemistry, and the dialogue feels natural and witty. It’s a go-to comfort movie I can rewatch anytime.

Witty dialogue mixes with attractive people giving solid performances. Of course u know what's going to happen at the end but remarkably, this intelligently written film makes the entire journey worthwhile enough to buy the DVD. Great look at my old hometown NYC. Timberlake continues to convince he's a serious actor, Kunis is always delightful and the viewer gets an eyeful of Mila's body-double with a small and shapely behind. I thought the inclusion of Timberlake's character's father as suffering form the onset of Alzeimers laudable, and Justin doesn't overplay the part emotionally, which was a relief in a Hollywood thats normally eager to let sobs and tears act as the panacea for dealing with all life's emotional issues. I felt Woody Harrelson's character - not his acting - was annoying in that it's becoming so de rigeur for Hollywood to pat-on-the-back every man obsessed with other men's genitals. This MUST BE APPLAUDED BY US ALL, or you are a primitive, horrible person (whose name will soon be on some government list, no doubt) with no understanding of our human diversity. Harrelson's character dutifully fulfills his self-acceptance as a gay man obsessed with the male penis, by continuing to let everyone know he is not ashamed of it, as we - the audience - are culturally trained to accept and applaud.

Enlevé, marrant, les scènes de sexe "soft", j'ai adoré de film qui ne nous laisse pas une seconde de répit. Il nous montre aussi le bon côté de l'Amérique et des américains. Il aura une bonne place dans ma collection et j'aurai plaisir à le visionner souvent.

Einer meiner absoluten Lieblingsfilme! Hab ich bestimmt schon an die 20 mal gesehen! Ich werde euch jetzt nicht eine Komplettzusammenfassung der Story liefern, da dass hier eindeutig den Rahmen sprengen würde und sich jeder den Trailer auf YOUTUBE ansehen kann, jedoch trotzdem einige Sätze zur Geschichte! Eigentlich sagt der Filmtitel schon alles... zwei junge Großstadtgeschäftsleute (ER aus Los Angeles, SIE aus New York) lernen sich zuerst geschäftlich kennen. Dann wird jedoch relativ schnell mehr als eine Geschäftsbeziehung und sie freunden sich an. Nach einiger Zeit kommen sie darauf, was in jeder Männer-Frauen-Freundschaft früher oder später einmal angesprochen beziehungsweise gedanklich aufgenommen wird: Freundschaft mit Sex. Sie versuchen es und es scheint ganz gut zu klappen doch irgendwann kippt logischerweise die schöne Geschichte. Doch um das Ende nicht vorweg zu nehmen schaut ihn euch selbst an! An sich ein wie gesagt sehr guter Film, wie auch schon in der Überschrift erwähnt nicht nur ein Frauenfilm, sondern durchaus auch was für Männer die Filme in dieser Richtung mögen! Ich würde mich mal nicht zu weit aus dem Fenster lehnen wenn ich sagen würden, dass dieser Film sowiso fast jeder Frau gefallen würde, glaube ich! ;) Gute, wenn auch natürlich eine schon bisschen wiederholte Story, jedoch mit viel Charme, Witz, Drama und natürlich viel Herz! Würde diesen Film vielleicht auch gerade Männern empfehlen, die sich mit ihrer Freundin auf keinen Film für den DVD-Abend einig werden können. Denn auch wenn Er nicht gerade auf Liebesschnulzen steht, gefällt diese Liebes-Komödien-Story sicherlich doch ein bisschen und entlockt das ein oder andere Schmunzeln! :) An alle, die von diesem Film bisher noch gar nichts gehört haben ist es so oder so eine klare Empfehlung von mir! Hoffe ich konnte helfen!

I know its a rom/com, but it has a great story behind it as well. Its one I can watch a few times and still enjoy it.

Justin Timberlake hat eine gewisse humorige Art zu schauspielern. Natürlich ist er kein grandioser Schauspieler, aber in den Rollen, die er bisher inne hatte, kann er sich durchaus sehen lassen. So auch in diesem Film. Er versucht hier zwanghaft, zu einer Frau keine Liebesbeziehung aufzubauen, sondern lediglich eine Beziehung auf sexueller Basis zu halten. Natürlich funktioniert das nicht auf Dauer, aber es ist wirklich witzig anzusehen und ich mag ihn und seine Schauspielkollegin in dieser Rolle sehr gern. Es ist von Anfang an irgendwie klar, wie das Ende aussehen wird und trotzdem schaut man gerne zu, denn es ist unterhaltsam. Mila Kunis passt sehr gut in die Rolle die sie in dem Film spielt und beide harmonieren unwahrscheinlich miteinander. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Film, der witzige Momente enthält und auch sehr unterhaltsam ist. Nicht nur für Fans von Justim Timberlake oder Mila Kunis geeignet, sondern generell für romantische Abende zu Hause!

When I saw this movie advertised I thought it was going to be cheesy, dirty, and like all the others. It so was not! Yes, it has a lot of naughty in it, but actually it's hilarious! Justin and Mila work so well together, it isn't hard to believe their relationship. Every time I see it, I laugh. It's definitely one of the best romantic comedies that has come out lately, and one of my all time favorites.
