I like this high quality grinder. If you love brewing your coffee at home, one cup at a time, it's the ideal choice. The only thing that is worth mentioning is that if you like Greek coffee, this grinder doesn't pulverize the coffee beans into fine powder which is essential for this kind of coffee. Otherwise, I am happy with it and the price is very convenient.

I use this for pour over mainly. I set somewhere between medium and fine and I have no issues with it. The grinds do have the tendency to stick (static) so I put the cone filter directly into the container. For cold brew, the grind quality isn't consistently course enough so I have a separate grinder for that. The burrs are easy if you have brush with long and stiff bristles, otherwise it's tedious. But for around $30, I'll excuse whatever minor issues I have.

Update: worked great, until it didn't. This morning, with no warning, no burning smell, no extraordinary noises, it just stopped in mid-grind. I unplugged it to let it cool down in case I had overdone it by running a second cycle but nope. I pulled it apart and cleaned all of the parts. I used a brush to remove any grounds from the area that doesn't come apart for cleaning. Nothing worked. It just quit. I have used this to grind coffee 1-3 times per week for about 6 months. For the price, I thought it was a great value but not if it's going to quit after 6 months. Original post: I love this thing. I have had no issues with it at all and I have been using it for several weeks. I have ground almost 4 pounds of coffee with it, without issue. For the price, I am extremely pleased.

Good grinder.. But it kinda malfunctioned for a second.. It got clogged. Maybe the coffee beans were moist.

I used to swear by a different model. But those are getting harder to get, and the last two I bought had trouble with the container where the beans go in (the hopper) getting broken. I had a more expensive one (slightly less than this one) that had a good reputation. That one broke the third time I cleaned it with the grinding blades (they were removable for cleaning) not seating right, then getting stuck inside where I couldn't get them out. Both of those models also had the problem of the ground coffee shooting out the side instead of downward. I tend to grind a fair bit each time I grind, then store it. By shooting out the side of an opening, they tended to get clogged faster when grinding oily beans. It was also hard to clean those out since gravity wasn't any help. I got this Brim and it's marvelous! It's quieter than the other two (still a little noisy). The grounds come out downward instead of horizontally, so they fall out much easier than the others I used. That also makes it easier to clean out, which is good since this one is a little more crowded trying to get to it The one and only thing I didn't care for is the coffee drawer (the part that catches the grounds). First of all, it's plastic. Plastic tends to get staticky, which causes grounds to scatter sometimes. That's not unusual, though, for plastic drawers. This one was no worse than the others. Secondly, I didn't really care for the fact that the lid was hinged. If you're going to open it and scoop out, that's one thing. It probably works great that way. But I tend to grind a lot and store it in the freezer, so I dump the contents into a container. Between the static on the lid and that inside the container, I got more than I wanted on the counter. But about the 5th or 6th time, one of the hinges broke on the lid. I decided I like the removable lid much better, so I broke the other hinge myself (one piece was in the way getting it back on each time before I broke it). And now the drawer is exactly the way I want it (except it's still plastic). Would I buy this again? Based on the use I've gotten out of it so far, you bet I would! I haven't had it a long time, just a few weeks. But if durability is as good as it appears so far, I think I'm going to be using this one for a long time.

I am no coffee expert and never used any other electric grinder. I mainly use French press, percolator and poor over , for my coffee. . This thing is easy and does a good job for my purpose. Yes the plastic container has Static issues. I wait about five minutes after grinder stops before retrieving grinds. For under $50 it fit my needs almost perfectly. Update plastic lid on collector bin broke at hinges. It actually makes it easier to use, because now I just remove the lid when dumping the grinds into my percolator. Overall this thing is still a good buy for the money. I use it daily and it’s still runs strong 5 years I have been using it almost daily and still good.

Grinds beans well, and is slightly quieter than a lot of electric grinders. Problem is that not all the ground coffee falls into the bin. A lot remains caked inside the grinder. I have to thump it on the countertop to get the rest to fall out. The bin fits tightly, so even a little ground coffee spillage can make it hard to remove or reinsert. Finally, controls are on the front but the bin slides out the side, so you either have to turn the machine or allow plenty of space on the counter.

I got this on sale for like 60 bucks I'm using it for a Flair Neo manual espresso press and French press. I use it every morning without any problems. The grind is consistent for each setting. Hot Tip! put a few drops of water on your coffee beans prior to putting them in the hopper! then there will be no static electricity when you open up the container to pour out your grinds!! I use a brush to clean out any remaining grinds. I used my label maker to mark where I found the right size for my Neo and French Press. Also put some labels for my wife as she can not remember measurements. This thing is awesome for the price since other grinders are in the hundreds of dollars.

Dejo de moler tiene unos meses que lo compre tal vez tres no lo use durante dos, segui instrucciones de carga de granos, prende y simplemente no muele, no hay forma de saber como darle mantenimiento, no hay instrucciones de como repararlo, resulto ser basura, NO MUELE dejo de moler pones los granos y nada, muy desepcionado 1000.00 pesos tirados a la basura
