How does the headband attach ?

The strap attaches to the arms. Theres a corresponding hole where the anchor point fits, sounds complicated but honestly it's just look fit and done

Are this good for racquetball?

I purchased these for a job in my attic. Within less than 10 mins of hard graft they steamed up. I suppose if it was a job of less sweating they might have been ok. I've never played racquetball, so if it's a game with a lot of perspiration then these are a waste of time. These are excellent for keeping out dust etc, but no good for long term physical jobs Hope that helps
