So the package arrived whit some damage to the box and the valve was sticking out, but I contacted the seller and they said they would replace it if necessary. Only problem was I wouldn't know if it wasn't working until I got it installed and installation isn't that easy. I did install it for a test fit and tried it. It worked just fine. My only complaint is that the hot water line into the valve gets super hot. This is in a rental so I just have to tell tenants not to touch it when it's been running. Overall very satisfied.

So far so good. The pieces arrived in a very secure box with what appears to be clear instructions and an info/business card. The image in the instructions is not the model I bought (see photo, I'm pointing to part 10 "body of faucet" which is different from the model). Hopefully that won't be an issue during installation. The design is so sleek and sturdy, can't wait to see this when the contractors finish the bathroom remodel. I will update later on function and maintenance. One thing to note, the faucet is quite heavy but I don't think it should be a problem.

The shower head once installed extends to adjust for optimal height which is brilliant. Honestly I didn’t know it was capable of that until I was schooled by the manufacturer. I had some questions the manufacturer was responsive to. We like the wand attachment. Overall we are pleased. See attached picture for the final results!

We used it for one season and it leaked all over the place. No customer service / support available.

I have this installed for almost a year. It has held up well! I did seal the fixtures with a stainless sealer to prevent rust. I used ProtectaClear 4 Oz. Clear, Protective Coating for Metal and that has also worked well!

Fixture works good and wasn't too hard to install. Directions are a little tricky to follow but you can figure it out. We used this in an outdoor shower and was a little tricky to mount but was able to do it.

We purchased this for outdoor use. It looks nice and we like the three options. The overhead shower does drip a bit when changing from one function to another. Product states stainless steel however already seeing corrosion and rust and have only used for less than a month. I anticipated this due to the low cost compared to some other outdoor products. Would definitely recommend paying money for a better quality product for an outdoor shower.

Had to buy a faucet lock nuts and added a large washer for a tight fit. About $5 at home depot.
