I have back issues and a touch of arthritis so I take extremely hot baths almost dailey. By hot I mean 112 degrees and I watch TV for about 45 minutes each time. The oils in this are amazing and no more dry feet or calluses. You will have some residue around the tub but who cares as it should be cleaned in between uses in the first place. Think Calgon on steriods. Your skin will be very soft with a thin coating of oil afterwards but if that bothers a person then a quick shower will solve that. Be sure to get the 32 oz and NOT the 10 oz at double the price.
