This was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who has run a daycare for 20 years. It is very easy to use and allows you do get other things done while it does the mixing for you. It is also easy to clean. The instructions say to not immerse the lid due to the battery compartment but it is still quite simple to clean very well, you just can’t dunk it or put it in the dishwasher. The mixing shaft pulls off rather than twisting off so it will not strip like another reviewer thought it would. I have to use Nutramigen formula (clumpy) for my son along with 2 tsp of oatmeal cereal per ounce which makes it quite thick and it does a good job of mixing it all to a smooth consistency. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Friends. My baby is a happy waker. But I'm not. I've been a bit miffed at the amount of time I've been spending to prep our baby's formula for the day working out the foam and lumps. And dealing with the Mason jars I had to store it in (don't judge. everything else was too cumbersome or too small and we don't have a whole lot of bottles for storage reasons) Last night I unboxed this little gem inspected it and washed it to see what all the complaints were about. Here's my analysis: "Its impossible to clean the lid" I have several items in my kitchen that say "do not submerge (insert part here) in water or liquids to clean" I'm not bothered by this. I can clean things with confidence while keeping them from getting water logged. "The battery cover constantly comes off" I noticed the lines on the battery cover weren't very willing to line up when closed it. So I took off the mixing wand and forced it over until it clicked. Problem solved. It no longer pops off when you take the lid off the pitcher. "But... Its only 28 oz" Well, idk how other formulas alter the volume of other formulas but when adding the proper amount of Similac Pro-total Comfort to 28oz of water it actually renders 32oz of mixed formula how do I know it's 32oz if the markings only go to 28oz? I measured out 32oz of water and put it in the pitcher when I cleaned it the night before and used a sharpie to mark the 32oz level. So this morning, rather than fighting with my usual routine I used the Baby Brezza mixing pitcher. 28oz of water, 14 scoops of formula, pushed the button. Turned on my keurig made up my coffee how I like it. Turned off the mixing pitcher. Poured out the 6.5 oz my baby has been consuming lately, warmed it up. Baby got perfect formula, I got hot coffee. HOW RARE IS THAT AS A NEW PARENT?!? BRILLIANCE. I couldn't be happier. No lumps and no foam are extremely important to me, as are price points and there is no way I was going to pay for one of the big boy mixers as impressive as they sound. This side steps the price, and counter space needed to use one of the automatic individual bottle makers by Baby Brezza. I really appreciate a company that takes into account that every family has their own budget and style of doing things. And that they deliver quality products for parents. Not for their bottom line only.

I'm an underproducing breastfeeder, so we use formula about 40-50% of each day's feeding. Having this mixer to make up bottles in advance is a lifesaver! It mixes the formula very well - no clumps or grit, and is heat-safe so if you have a preemie or other sensitive baby you can use boiling water to make the formula sterile. My husband and I mix the formula once per day, about 16 oz. All we have to do is measure, add water, turn the mixer on and let it go for about 5 min. Sometimes we pre-make the bottles up, othertimes we just leave the pitcher in the fridge and pour what we need. Saves a ton of time and baby doesn't get gassy because it mixes well!

This made me life easy when mixing bottles. I didn’t have to worry about bubbles in the bottles to create gas on baby’s stomach. I used this daily 1 time a day. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to change out energizer and/or Duracell batteries from the pitcher every 2 weeks, although I took the batteries out daily after use. I went through batteries which was very costly.This engineers should have designed it for the option both a plug and batteries use. An adapter for a plug need to be added in order not have to go through tons of batteries. It uses 3 AA.

This pitcher is one of the best baby-feeding-related purchases I have made. It mixes formula in quickly, in batches, and clump-free!! Skip the daily agony of shaking 3-6 bottles for several minutes apiece. You know they rarely mix completely anyway (bye, clumps & lumps). Skip a hand-powered mixing pitcher. They’re messy and not convenient. Skip buying the $200 “formula blender”. It’s completely unnecessary (But register for one anyway, just in case you have a generous aunt). If you’re already spending a lot on formula each month, every extra large purchase hurts the bottom line. This pitcher is amazing. Simply measure the water, add the powder, put on the lid, press the button, and your formula is mixed in a minute. Bonus: it will work for lemonade/chocolate milk when you no longer have a need for formula! You will need to buy batteries for it separately, but I use it daily and haven’t needed new ones in over 2 months. You also need to be careful cleaning the lid. You can wash the lid, it is water-resistant, but it is not waterproof. Do not soak or dunk under water. That should be obvious with a battery-powered device, but warrants the warning nonetheless. Buy this pitcher.

We just had our 3rd baby 3 weeks ago and I've seen some like this but they were way too much for our budget. I was going to purchase a hand held one I had my eye on but this one popped up and I was sold. I read some of the reviews and even took some people's tips into consideration and tried it out myself. I kept the sticker that says do not immerse when cleaning on the top like one review suggested as the top has the batteries and cant be under water. I followed the instructions and filled with water first then I added Formula. In the picture I was mixing up 24oz. One review said they let the mixer run for 5 mins to get a good mix so I left it on for about 2 mins and checked it. Everything was very well mixed, no clumps or bubbles whatsoever. It's super quiet and just all around a great buy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

So...this is a difficult one. So often, especially in our sleep deprived new-parent states, we look for anything that will be automated, electrified, or connected in the hopes our lives will be simplified and this whole “feeding a tiny human” thing will be easier. On our wary and drowsy journey sometimes we stumble upon a product that works. Something that makes the process more efficient, safer, and gives us the most important commodity of all, quality time with our baby and peace of mind. This is not one of those products. It’s made well enough; No BPA’s here. The measuring lines are clear and easy to read. The overall quality is just fine. The lid is difficult to get on and off. The idea is that you twist the top to expose the spout to pour. The top also twists off to reveal the battery compartment so this is an engineering fail. We have decided to just leave the spout in the “on” position. The lid states that you may not get it wet to clean it leaving an awkward sophie’s Choice of damaging the motor or never really sanitizing it. The tiny mixer is held on by a flimsy little metal shaft that will most likely strip after repeatedly taking it on and off to clean (assuming in your sleep deprived state you don’t accidentally snap it off). Ultimately this is a useless product equivalent to a gas powered fork.

So happy we purchased this product! We’ve used it to capacity (28oz 14 scoops formula) and it has worked great. Been able to make a couple days worth of bottles at once and the pitcher is so easy to clean! I will say that it’s slightly harder to mix when it’s at capacity, but completely doable. Also notice small clumps every now and then, but they tend to dissolve (could be the type of formula used) and doesn’t seem to affect baby during feedings. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone feeling like they’re struggling to keep on top of bottles, it’s been a lifesaver for prepping and saving time!

I love how it’s so easy to use and can make a full days worth of formula and stick it in the fridge especially when you have a baby who is freaking out for food so easy and quick to pour into a bottle

I use nutramigen formula which can be quite clumpy but not with this mixer. This is a time saver and I get smooth formula every time. The lid can be a bit tricky to wash but once you get the hang of it, it's fine! Highly recommend this product!

Worked fantastic.

It's a good product. But you can't get the top wet. Which is difficult while cleaning it. I would go back and get the regular one that isn't electric if I had to repurchase this.

The perfect formula mixer. So easy to use and makes prepping formula so convenient. No clumps or bubbles. Highly recommend. Not a big deal that you can’t submerge the top where the batteries are. The wand is easy to clean without submerging the whole thing.
