The herbs in Lichen Relief Tea were chosen to support the needs of LS sufferers. 2 ounces. Cautions: Do not give to children under 5. Don’t take if pregnant or nursing. Do not take if taking blood-thinning medication. Ingredients: Calendula, burdock root, dandelion, marshmallow root, ginger and peppermint. Usage: Heat water and warm up cup. Place 1 tablespoon of tea into a tea strainer. Pour hot water over the herbs. Sweeten if desired. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Relax and enjoy your delicious herbal tea.
