Ink takes a while to dry.
I'm a lefty so slow-drying ink is a problem. (We tend to drag our hands through our writing. Yeah, that's a thing.) I really like the color and the look of the ink, and it flows nicely from my Platignum fountain pen. Unfortunately, I haven't found paper that takes the ink in quickly enough to allow the ink to dry before my left hand trails through the ink, causing a bit of a mess. As a result, I have to use this pen and ink only sparingly.Also, the ink doesn't seem to last very long. I go through cartridges more quickly than I would otherwise expect. I write with a medium-nib Platignum fountain pen so perhaps it just flows more ink than a smaller nib.All in all, it's nice ink.
