Highly recommend, healthy and easy to make recipes in crockpot
I love this cookbook - and itโs one I actually use a LOT. Healthy, tasty foods you can make in a crockpot. Lots of variety. Itโs had me try foods I wouldnโt have tried either; I really love the turkey recipes. Our kids also like the majority of these recipes, too, and we keep about seven of the recipes in especially frequent rotation.

Healthy,Delicious and Easy Recipes
Absolutely adoring this cookbook! Crockpot meals are so easy and so much more economical in putting together an entire meal using the stove top the oven and whatever else you might need. All the recipes that are in this cookbook have so far been phenomenal! And I end up having meals for the week. I donโt know if the anti-inflammatory as send in the description, has really been doing anything or not, but I am definitely eating healthier and I can feel it in my body. So honestly, whether you need an anti-inflammatory diet like I do.(I have been diagnosed with lupus and RA since 2022) or you want delicious, quick and easy to prepare and cook meals/recipes that are super healthy, I absolutely recommend the anti-inflammatory diet slow cooker cookbook.

Easy Recipes That Actually Taste Great
This was such a great find! Iโve been cooking from this anti-inflammatory book, and itโs helped me so much. The recipes are easy to follow, and itโs made meal prep way simpler. Everything is super easy to make and actually tastes amazing

Disappointing
It is really good quality, design is clear and clean, even recipes seem okay, but as someone following an antiinflammatory/AIP diet, many of these recipes ask for inflammatory and canned ingredients that are a no-no for me, like tomatoes, ketchup, potatoes, molases, and beans. Sad and disappointed, I will be returning it.

Easy delicious recipes!!
Easy and quick to put together recipes, that are satisfying and healthy! I do agree with some reviewers regarding cooking times being too long. Some ingredients are just not meant to be cooked for 7 to 8 hours (quinoa, ground meats). I adjusted my cooking times, but not a big deal. I look forward to making many of the recipes in this cook book! Nice illustrations through out.

Easy Recipes
Easy to follow recipes, instead of using the slow cooker I am using my 22l air fryer oven for faster cooking times. Throw everything into a pot cover and cook for 1-2 hours. I turn the oven timer on so I donโt have to watch the pots. Cook and go
