How do I update chrome on here. My version is too old to access axis cameras?

Hello, dear friend Google chrome upgrade needs to be compatible with the highest Android version 5.1 of IPC-9800 Plus+series. You can do Application Upadate or download the updated application to SD card for online update. It works with Axis cameras, but you need to install the APP "Axs test tool" suitable for AXIS testing through automatic update. Thank you so much! If you have other question, pls feel free to contract us. All the best and regards

I cannot get this unit to connect to any wifi, just says validation fails... Is there any way to get this to work?

I’ve never known this to do wi-fi if so try firmware update

does this unit come with a 110vac plug compatible with USA, the past three we ordered came with Euro style power supply?

Hello, dear friend Yes, the power adapter is compatible with US 110v AC. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you so much! All the best and regards

Can i plug dvr or nvr into this device and use it as a monitor while installing cameras. i don’t want to use it as a permanent monitor i know it’s us

Hello dear friend So sorry to bother you here. Sorry, if you want to use it as a monitor, you can only import images to the camera tester via HDMI input, but you can’t do any DVR or NVR operation settings, it can only be used when installing a camera. Thank you so much! All the best and regards
