Very pleased.
My previous laptop died just as the lock-down started, so I needed a new one to contact family and friends. I am very pleased with this Lenovo. Quick startup and have no problems whatever with it. Thoroughly recommend this.

LOST LAPTOP? defective keyboard want refund??
I returned this laptop 18th November. It was insured.I did speak to an amazon guy called dennis. the keyboard was different. e.g. the letter 2 had the @ above it, yet when I attempted to use the @ what came up was " so strange right? I do have proof I sent it back to the USA, I was surprised it came from America? thank you for any help I can get email is [email protected]

Appears to work well
Bought for my wife who is a complete technophobe and she has had no problem with it. Got a chap in to set it up as I am not really that confident with computers. Took him about 30 mins to get it going...connecting to Wi Fi printers etc.
