Clairefontaine - Ref 507506C - Nature Kraft Long Roll Wrapping Paper (Single Roll) - 70cm Width x 50m Length, 60gsm Ribbed Kraft Paper - Solid Red Colour

I needed to block the sun that was streaming through my bi-folding doors every morning and I had to do it fast because it was turning my room into a greenhouse, so I bought this paper to line my bi-folding doors. Not the greatest style statement, but needs must... What I have noticed after having the paper hanging up for several weeks is that it's such great quality that it's not showing any signs of wear of tear. This is despite my opening the bi-folding doors several times a day and exposing the paper to wind and rain. Truly remarkable! The colour quality is also very good - the paper manages to block out the sunlight and shows no sign of fading. You get a lot of paper on this roll, so I started using it for parcels and it's sturdy stuff. I've always liked Clairefontaine - the quality of their paper is super smooth and very luxurious and this is no exception. Highly recommended.

I bought the red colour for wrapping presents. It’s a good colour and quality. I didn’t notice the transparency issue (maybe because we give our gifts and then open them straight away so no one is playing detective!) and there is loads on the roll. It’s less festive than the shiny stuff we used to get but still very cheery and Christmassy!

Any present with strong letters or contrasting colours will show through a bit in this wrapping paper. But as theres so much of it, its recycled and recyclable, I didnt mind rolling it around certain presents a second time. It's lovely wrapping paper to work with. Celotape sticks nicely. It cuts well. When you make a crease before adding celotape it holds instead of springing back as some foil ones would. And theres so much of it that with kids large presents theres no worries I will run out. Brought for Christmas but will buy some for Birthdays.

Beautiful shade of muted gold so suitable for wrapping absolutely anything and everything from Christmas to birthdays, wedding gifts to hand-made soap plus crafting. Just be aware that as this is a huuuge roll, it is very heavy. I won't be needing another one for some time!

Wrapped all our Christmas presents in this and looked great with our blue theme. Nice weight and quality and good solid colour.

The blue of this paper is a wonderful colour. I have wrapped several things in it now and they all look great. Many different coloured ribbons can be used with it to change and enhance the look. It is a huge roll so should keep me going for years! Also a great colour for anyone and everyone. The paper seems sturdy, folds easily and can be stuck with Sellotape if required (Sellotape doesn't seem to stick to some papers). There seemed to be a great range of colours to chose from if blue isn't your thing.

Very good strong paper - looks amazing with pretty ribbon around it.

The quality and strength of this paper is excellent - feels lovely to the touch and a pleasure to wrap with. Unfortunately, it isn't opaque, meaning that the wrapped gift can easily be identified.....

Papier cadeau exceptionnel d’une grande qualité.

Ich verwende immer nur silber Packpapiere für die Geschenke. Auf der Rollen stehen 50lfmx 0,7m Breite = 35m2 an Geschenkspapere zur verfügung. Das reicht für einige Jahre. Somit hat man hier eine sehr stabiles gut aussehendes Papier für relativ wenig Geld. Vergleichen Sie nur mal die Preise für Packpapier in m2 Bögen.... Man kann das Papier nach dem einpacken auch problemlos weiterverwenden - da es sehr stabil ist. Auch dann kann des nur zerknäulen uns es als Füllmaterial zum Verpacken verwenden. Die Farbe ist sehr silberähnlich..... ich kauf nur mehr dieses.

Ich kenne Geschenkpapiere, die beim Falten oder eben beim Einschlafen so unschöne Abriebspuren im Print haben - ich denke das kennt man? Dieses Papier hier behält die Farbe und der/die Beschenkte kann im Nachhinnein wenn gewünscht sogar damit basteln und was anfangen...hier hat man wirklich Qualitätspapier. Auch wenn das rot zu langweilig ist - man kann es selbst hervorragend gestalten ohne dass man Angst haben muss, dass die Qualität des Papiers darunter leidet!
