Adrianna Papell Women's Long Beaded V-Neck Dress With Cap Sleeves and Waistband

Purchased this dress for my friend to wear as a bridesmaid in my 20s/Gatsby themed wedding, and it is stunning. She is 5'3", and typically wears a size 4. The size 4 fit her well, her only compliant being that the sleeves were a bit tight, which she solved by making slits for more room. The dress was absurdly long, so she had it taken up and re-hemmed, but other than that it seems to fit well in all other areas. This dress is nothing short of beautiful! Thrilled with this purchase! Many compliments.

I'm so happy with this gown! I'm 5'5 so I was concerned it would be too long. It was perfect with 3 inch heels with a wedge. My measurements were in between a size 4 and 6 so I ordered both. The 4 fit much better.

I had high hopes for this dress. I first ordered it in a 12 (based on others' reviews that it ran small) and it was too big, especially in the chest area. So I reordered in a 10 and settled for a different color. It took weeks to get to me, came postage owed even though I had Amazon Prime and it was a Prime dress, but I was desperate--a wedding event was now very close. I [aid for it at the post office, took it home, but the dress immediately began losing sequins as soon as I took it out of the packaging. There were loose strings everywhere and the zipper was almost impossible to zip--it wasn't too small, but the zipper seemed defective. It seemed like this dress was a knock-off the well made first one I tried. At a retail price of $300.00, I wouldn't even consider it.

This is the most beautiful dress-absolutely stunning on. The blush pink is gorgeous, and the detail and beading were perfect. I am 5’4 1/2” and weight about 120 lbs-the size 4 fit perfectly even with a larger chest size. I only had to have it hemmed slightly so that it did not drag on the ground, but that was super easy because of the way the dress is made on the bottom of the skirt. Even my three daughters (college age) were impressed.

I am 5'7 and 140 pounds my chest is a little Lg 36 D or DD at times. I bought size 10 fits perfect over all. and a little loose over hips. But it looks ok. The length is probably 1 inch to long with my 3 inch heels. Easy fix. The dress is very Elegant. It looks like they took a lot of time with all the details. It sparkles and I love it. I bought this dress for a military ball. Hopefully I am not to old for it. (48)

I LOVE this gown. The rich color is beautiful and the quality was even better than expected. The gown was extra long so it would fit tall girls, and easily shortened for those of us less tall. The fit was a bit tight relative to other Adrianna Papell gowns.

Beautiful dress! I wore it on a cruise that we recently went on. I'm only five foot five and with four inch heels it was the perfect length dress. So expect to be wearing heels with it or to be really tall. I ordered a size 14 it was a little big in the waist but snug in the chest area. I do have a large bust and smaller waist ratio. I would advise that you order one size up in this dress, just to be safe.

This is a fabulous looking dress. It didn’t fit my figure quite right as it has a definite waistline and I need more free flowing. It is spectacular looking in person.

Was dress shopping for a formal wedding, and I have tried Adrinna Papall dresses before and loved it was so happy that they are sold at Amazon for a reasonable price. The dress looks amazing, it fits a bit bigger although I don't have a normal size cause my bust is bigger and I have to normally switch between size 8 and 10. everything looked great, but it was too big for me so I had to return it. The colour is a not as bright as it shows in the picture but I taought it was real nude. If it fitted the way it should have I would have kept it for sure.

Cap sleeve structure might be uncomfortable for some. But give it a try 1 or 2 sizes up! I've tried on many Adrianna Papell dresses, for some reason this dress was 1 to 2 sizes smaller than the others. Also (even without it on) the zipper sticks pretty bad when it gets to the waist band. The beading is beautiful, A.P. does make great dresses.

I really love this dress. It looks expensive and elegant. The two things I don't like are the scratchy feeling under the arms and the zipper gets stuck half way up.
