I was skeptical but it works really well! I have tile floors throughout my condo and cleaning the tile and grout is an unpleasant chore. I usually scrub by hand with a long handled grout groove brush and it hurts my back. So i took a chance and ordered the grout groovy, assembled it and tried it out. It is 100% better, faster and more effective than I can do by hand scrubbing! Also, no back pain! It is still a lot of work and you need a really good soap/cleaner and let it sit to loosen the dirt. Then scrub and the grout comes out very clean. Additional tip, and I believe this is the key is after trying many cleaners, homemade and what is available from the store and finally found that a commercial floor soap used by professionals works the best.

This is the best machine for cleaning grout!! I love it! Especially if you are older with a lot of aches and pains! It was so easy to clean the grout lines compared to scrubbing it on hands and knees with a toothbrush! I would recommend this product to everyone! Now the cleaning chemical for the grout, not so much, it seemed really abrasive, had a potent odor, and did not do much. Best grout cleaning agent is a mixture of baking soda, peroxide, and a little Dawn. Let it sit for 15 mins and use your machine to scrub the grout lines. It came super clean!! Don't even question if this machine works, just buy it! So worth it!

If you have ever cleaned grout, it is a lot of hard work. I ordered this electric grout cleaner in hopes it would save my back. It was much easier than being on your hands and knees. It is a must to hold with both hands. One hand to be on the on switch and the other on the handle guide. It has a mind of its' own if you dont guide it on the grout. My grout is white again. I only do a section at a time, as grout cleaning is so tedious and a lot of hard work. See the before and afyer pics. Zep grout cleaner was excellent to use. I also had to use a small brush for areas that the machine couldnt get.

Absolutely horrible device. The brush wheel wore down to the hub in 15 minutes(USELESS) the speed and power were awful for plug unit, the rpm’s and power should be way better. Great idea, poorly executed. My cordless hand drill worked way better just sucks your back will hurting for few days.

Have to give mixed review. When the brush is new this thing works great. But in use the brush bristles quickly take a permanent sideways set splayed out to the side and it no longer cleans the grout line. You can easily go thru half a dozen of the brushes to clean a floor of any size. At the price of brushes it gets expensive. They need to make the brushes out of something that will not deform and take a set.

This is a great grout cleaner for those who don't wish to be on their hands and knees with a scrub brush!! I would not say that it is a time saver, the same amount of effort and time is required to get the grout clean, BUT for those of us who have determined that the floor is not our friend, this works well! It was simple to assemble and is both effective and economical.

After being exhausted using a stiff grout brush on a stick (which I bought here), I saw this advertised on the net and thought I'd give it a try. It came complete, easy to assemble and I cranked it on. OMG, it did what my arms were doing and ten times better! Would I recommend this to anyone else trying to clean their grout lines ??, a resounding YES!

This product is very cheap and really pretty much useless. I just threw it away as I didn't want to mess with sending back.

Cleaned my living room and kitchen and very satisfied. Just ordered three more brushes so I can clean my three bedrooms. The machine comes with two brushes and they are already worn done.
