Great compliment to an Indo board; well made and good starting point before using the roller.
I received an Indo Board set as a gift, and though I loved the idea and consider myself both fit with a good sense of balance from years of practicing yoga, I must admit I struggled with the kit, with a fear that I would go flying off the board and break an ankle. This component eradicated that fear; and allows me to practice using the Indo broad before moving up to the roller. It provides some elevation and allows you to get used to balancing but is nowhere near as steep as the roller and one of the things I love using this for now, is yoga, as I can practice some of the moves on my Indo board to get a better core, sense of balance and leg workout -it is great! Heck you can even use if for some of the arm movements and balances and takes my yoga workout to a whole new level. The cushion is very well made, inflates easily and holds the air for an extended period of time and you can inflate it to the level that works for you allowing the board to be used with various levels of instability changing up workouts or allowing you to work your way up to full inflation. Great compliment to an Indo board; well made and allows those of us who are too nervous to begin with a roller, to still use our Indo Boards.

Good product
Wanted to wait on review until I used. I have an Indo board I use for my indoor gym. this works well to place under the board and use for balance. I can vary the inflation to make the balancing easier or harder. Good product.

Plastic air pin loosens up over time.
This works fairly well, however if you're going to be standing or sitting on this for long periods of time be aware that the plastic air pin will work out over time and start to deflate. If that's not a concern then I'd say buy it, the plastic air pin makes it a lot easier to change the volume of air quickly and would be good for normal workouts.

Fun, challenging, good workout!
I am 58 yrs old and recently purchased the Indo Board Balance Board Orig. With Roller which I really like. I was able to very carefully use it with the recommended rug underneath; however, I felt very unstable. I decided to get the Indo Board IndoFLO Cushion when a paddleboard retailer told my husband ihe cushion was safer and with an even better workout. I have tried it a few times and even tho it is not easy by any means, I really do feel safer. I still intend to use the roller after I have gotten more comfortable with the cushion. Glad I bought them both!

Good Product. I like it.
This provided some versatility to my use of the IndoBoard. I had a roller already, and this provided another option. I guess you could use any similar inflatable bosu ball, but this one works really well. My whole family uses it.

Fun and challening
I am so glad I got this. I have the original indo board with roller. I got on it the first time and fell immediately. The roller is definitely not for beginners! Take their advice when it says to use while holding onto something like a chair. I did some more research and found this cushion. It's much more stable but just as challenging! Depending on how much air you put in it, you control the level of difficulty. Every different stance presents a new challenge in balancing yourself. With no threat of it slipping or rolling out from under me, I feel much more secure and confident in trying to challenge myself further. Now I can't stay off of it, it's so much fun!

Get started on Indo with this.
I've had an Indo board for years, a hand-me-down from my father. He bought the standard kit with the 6.5" roller. That might not seem like a large roller but it feels huge. I'd tried numerous times to get into working out with the Indo board but the precariousness of that 6.5" of height for beginners can be tough. This cushion is *perfect*. Just a little inflation to start. Then add more as you go. Starting with 1.5" with a wide surface helped work on my balance without fearing for my life ever second. This IndoFlo cushion looks a lot like other workout cushions. It's different. The plastic is softer. Try a standard therapy cushion and you'll find its harder rubber and more prone to slip. Avoid. Go with this one. It's worth it.

perfect for what it is
Made my own balance board for $50 (including paint and would stain) after finding the dimensions of many of the popular balance board. I bought this and it works perfectly with my balance board. Holds the air and seems very strong, don't see it popping any holes any time soon
