I had this phone got another one it looks brand new love tve picture etc. I have tge A21 samsung but I got another one for my daughter. Love it! Great phone so far!

Bought this to replace the same phone that we bought about 7 years ago, can't use the upgraded apps but for basic use its fine

The product is a renew but it looks the same as the new product from Samsung.I found the product exactly the same what the description says , it was well packaged comes with case .the packaging was intuitive and easy to unbox and assamble

You get what you pay for! It helped out while I waited for my new phone. But was very hard to deal with phone was really slow you can tell it’s an old phone.

So far, I love this phone. The screen is bright and clear, and the battery life is great. My only problem is that I can't get the "T Mobile" logo off the home screen, and it wants to download a T Mobile update every night, but it won't because I am an AT&T customer.

Good phone, way better than the J3, only negative is the screen protector, bunch of small scratches, not a big deal at all, at least the screen is still new underneath..Also includes a battery even though the description eludes to no battery..

The phone was a T mobile that a lot of issues but got it fixed, everything is Ok. only charges to 83% but if you unplug it and plug it back in it will charge to 1005
