Good phone I recommend this phone to anyone good value for the money

I was still having issues with using my moto mods this morning, so I took a closet look at my phone, and noticed that the rear facing camera plate is cracked clear across, and the crack is right on top of one of the light sensors. This could explain why the device shuts down in camera mode, and could be an easy fix, but the device is also shutting down, seemingly at random. This morning, it shut down when I tried to access Google maps. I will be contacting the seller again, and going through the return process again. I truly hope that my situation is just a one-off. See previous reviews below. I received my replacement phone today. I couldn't have asked for more prompt and professional service. I will be looking for this seller on all of my future refurbished device purchases here on Amazon. If not for that initial hiccup, I would be giving five stars. The phone is top notch, and works with all of my moto mods. It's a little glitchy with the camera mods, but that could just be a contact error. I received my phone yesterday, and have tried to install several SD cards, but the phone won't read them. It doesn't even have options to access the SD reader. They simply don't exist on this phone. Storage doesn't even list external as an option. This is a deal breaker for me. The SD cards in question are brand new, PNY brand, and meant to be compatible with all android devices up to 128GB. The phone came with a certificate stating that the refurbishment was successful. If the phone will not read a compatible SD card, the refurbishment was not successful. If the phone has an SD card slot, it must be able to read a compatible SD card in order to be considered successfully refurbished. I would appreciate a swift response to this massive issue.

I love this phone! My husband has a Moto Z so when my old phone broke, I looked specifically for a Moto Z. The pictures are very clear and it does well in low light. I wasn't excited about changing to a different charging cord but now that's one of the best parts because it charges so fast and the battery life is better than any of the phones I've had in the past. My last phone would give about 6 hours on heavy usage days. This gives me a whole day...that's HUGE for me. It is a bigger phone and as someone with small hands that can be rough but with a slim hardcase, it works well. Just be sure that if you buy a Moto Z, you buy a case immediately. The camera area is set out from the rest and whether it's fragile or not, I was paranoid about breaking it before me case came in. Overall, I highly recommend this one.

My husband dropped his phone and shattered the camera lense. He loves this phone and didn't want a new one. So found this refurbished one for less than $80 to try. So far works great minus one side button does not work, so he has to adjust the volume a different way. Also has some scratches on the corners (see pictures). But overall he's happy he didn't have to learn a phone and almost all of his info from old phone transferred over with the SIM card.

I have some old mods that work great with this. Don't think if it as an old phone, think if it as a small android gadget with lots of functionality left.

Clear accurate touch display, finger print reader works, popped in my sim and was ready to use in less than 5 minutes. I liked this so much after 4 years using it I bought an exact same model replacement phone after I accidentally dropped my old one into a bailer.

I got this phone because I liked the idea of the mods. Using it with the projector is actually quite good. However, people complain that the sound quality if the mic is not very good. Also, I get at least one drop if the call is over 15min which I did not get on my old Samsung on the same carrier (Verizon).

Owned a z1, z2, z3 last 6 years. Bought thisphone as a replacement for 29 month old z3 with deteriorating battery. Battery lifebis horrible and worse than phone replaced. Full charge, 4 hours unplugged, 17 minutes screen time 42 percent battery used. Six minute call used 14 percent of battery. This is suppose to be a z3 but it is not the same as the original as buttons have been relocated making many accessories unusable. If you are buying this to replace a phone as i did, you will need a different case and edge guards. Disappointed in battery and undisclosed redesign or substitution. I would not purchase this again and am very disappointed with what im stuck with. I dont trust the battery would be better with a replacement

Genial, el equipo llegó en perfecto estado, ligeros rayones en el puerto de entrada, pero nada grave. No tiene ningún problema en su funcionamiento.

This is my 3rd Moto Z,since I already owned many motomods, I kept purchasing these great phones, I'm still enjoying them and passing them down to my son, when I purchase a new one. Unfortunately they're not available anymore, so I have to buy some refurbished or new ones never sold. I recommend it strongly.

Dura muy poco la bateria, ademas por ser una compra internacional me sale mucho mas caro pagar la paqueteria que lo que me costo el equipo, creo que no volvere a hacer una compra internacional ya que uno tiene que pagar la devolucion, Amazon solo te reembolsa $400

Me llego sin contratiempos en un costo reducido

En cuanto a estética es un 10, pero la batería le dura nada, si no fuera por el moto mod que conseguí sería un celular solo para 6 horas ya no aguanta el ritmo del 2025 pero por el precio y año es normal.
