Can these fit into dance shows such as, tap shoes and jazz shoes?

I would say no. We have not tried that but I don’t believe the width/height of the sole would allow for space in tap shoes. Apologies for the silly ruler but I thought a visual would help. At its highest point the sole is 1 1/4 inch on the arch and 1 inch on the opposite side with the heel being 3/4 of an inch high. I hope this video and the measurements help.

I ordered the correct size, but these seem wide. i have never had a hard time fitting inserts in shoes like like i do these! can i cut from the sides?

I also had this problem. They were the correct size for my daughter’s foot but WAY too wide for her shoe. I am returning it.
