Side keys does not work on MacOS
Overall build quality and battery life is great, and can be used on any surface, I used this mouse on glass, and it works seamlessly. Recently I shifted to MacOS and found that side keys do not work on MacOS, so please be careful about it if you are using MacOS, or if you are using Windows then it's the best mouse to get.

Strongly Do Not Recommend This Product.
This is honestly one of the worst mouse products I’ve used, and I strongly suggest not buying it. I’ve experienced constant scroll wheel issues since the beginning. The scrolling becomes inconsistent and unreliable, making it very frustrating to use for daily work or browsing. I initially thought it was just a defective unit, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred with the second mouse as well. Now I’m using my third replacement, and it still has the exact same scroll wheel issue. At this point, it’s clearly a product quality problem rather than a one-time defect. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this mouse to anyone looking for durability or reliability.

Good mouse but has hardware issues
The mouse is very good, feels very nice in the hand and has a nice texture and weight to it. Has plenty of pairing options, long battery life (although uses AA battery) and can go upto 4000 DPI which is amazing! The problem is that scroll wheel malfunctions and breaks very soon. I had my original unit replaced within 10 months thinking that the issue was with just one unit but the replacement unit also has the same problem. Luckily, Dell offers 3 years of support so it's to get it replaced. Hopefully, Dell will fix this problem in the updated model.
