I really love the energy this product gives me.. keeps me firing throughout the day! It's a happy energy and not jittery, I get tons done at work. Doesn't make me agitated. As far as weight loss goes though, I think I may have gained. AND this product gives me the munchies like crazy, and it's not true hunger. If I take inventory of how I'm feeling I'm not technically hungry but just having the munchies like I'm a young stoner again.

Works exactly as expected. It feels exactly how glp1 injections feel, meaning no appetite, a bit rough to get used to in the beginning (some nausea, discomfort), but you do get results. I say this because I'm on glp1 injections now and right away it reminded me of this supplement. I used Trans4orm it for about 2 months then cycled off it since my body was getting used to it. After about a week or 2 of usage you do not feel nausea or discomfort, just appetite control.

So I wanted to wait a few days before I gave it a review. I am 6'2 and weighed 273 pounds when I started this product. Please note that to have any thermogenic work to it's fullest potential, you have to help it. I changed my diet up to eat about 1200 calories a day, cut all sugar and carbs out, and drink a gallon of water a day. Yes, the first few days the diet is rough but by my fourth day i was adjusted Now to the product.....don't make the mistake I first made. The bottle says to take a serving first thing in the morning.(A serving is TWO pills not one). I am on day 10 now with this product and I lost 11 pounds. This doesn't leave my heart racing like other products and gives me a great boost of energy that lasts about 4 hours after each serving. I used to drink coffee every day but this substitutes that for me with ease. The thermogenic has me sweating a little at times but nothing crazy. The appetite suppressor is my best friend. I used to eat like an animal at 273 pounds, after a few days I'm eating very small portions which keep me full and energy levels are up. It's day 10 and I'm down to 262. My goal is 225, but they advice you to give the product a break after 8 weeks, but at this pace I wouldn't be surprised if I drop 50 pounds in 8 weeks. I also take a mens multivitamin with this to avoid malnutrition from eating so much less. I have never seen a product give me such rapid and easy results.

Ordered Trans4form and instantly started it into my daily routine. I have taken pills like this before that seriously make me sweat to death, this one does not. I do not feel that part of the product but,I do see a change in my physical appearance. I was stuck at a plateau for the last few months with my weight loss (after losing 50+ lbs) and this has honestly helped me finally get past it. Yes, I work out often (about 6 days a week) and lift most of those days and this taken one in the morning and one in the afternoon I believe has helped. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon (sometimes forget the afternoon one) but I will also take it combined with my prework out before a work out. I have a high tolerance for caffeine so I do not recommend doing that if you do not. All and all I will continue to use this product to see how the results are! **** UPDATE I was taking this for about a month and a half, started to get intense headaches for several days at a time and could not figure out why. And when I say headaches these were awful, laying on a heating pad with lots of advil bad. I decided to not take these to see if maybe that was the reason for the headaches and low and behold... haven't had a head ache since! This upsets me actually because I loved the product and how it made me feel during work outs but the headaches were way too bad. I might try and slowly start taking them again in a few weeks and see if maybe I was just on them for too long.
