Durable, lightweight and perfect
I've been using this for about 4 months now and couldn't be happier, this wallet is strong and holds all my cards and cash perfectly, the bottle opener is definitely a nice touch I use more often than expected

I like it a lot
It's the second one I've owned. The first one is still good but the band stretched after about 6 or 7 years of having 10 cards and 20 or 30 double folded bills in it. It's a front pocket thing.. I'll never lose it like a wallet falling out of my back pocket. Good quality. Bottle opener built in. Only improvement would be an RFID blocker to wrap the cards with.

First Minimalist Wallet
This is my first minimalist wallet; so I have no basis for comparison to others. Other than you can spend ALOT more money. I carried way too much in a regular leather wallet. And I sat on it. Everywhere. Everyday. This takes its toll. I knew I needed to try a minimalist wallet, so I simply picked a relatively cheap one from Amazon Warehouse. Enter the Gerber. This is basically a plate (with a bottle opener, duplicative of my keychain but I already recognize the value of carrying a bottle opener now don't I) with an elastic strap. Pretty simple device. It holds about seven (7) cards, although I could probably put another one in there. So, it forced me to reduce what I carry in a wallet; only the bare necessities. Maybe it isn't the wallet itself, it is that it forced me to change behavior? Either way, the minimalist wallet fully loaded is already smaller and thinner than my traditional leather wallet with nothing in it. And I am not sitting on it. Yeah, that is better. So how might this compare to other minimalist wallets? Including those that cost 3x and 4x the price? IDK. But I am thinking I buy another one, simply because I have primary cards I need every day, but a secondary wallet for those cards you only use periodically would be nice?

Good wallet
I am satisfied with the wallet. So far I have used it for 4 cards- a debit, a ATM, my driver's license and my ID. I use it to carry cash occasionally, and I would not recommend holding a lot of bills because it stretches out the elastic, which over time does stretch out, and now does not hold my cards as well, they have fallen out before. But, for the great cost it is very durable (apart from the elastic) and lightweight and would be worth it to replace it. A more permanent option for someone who is willing to spend more money is a Ridge wallet. I have used one of those wallets before and they are awesome.

Gerber 30-001492 Barbill Wallety, Black
I like this front pocket wallet for its slimness ans strength and ability to hold several cards, credit cards and bills. Very handy when a small place in needed to keep and organize these type of items. Some people might use it every day as it does save space. Tolerate more than it has normally allotted space for and doesn't fall apart and inspires confidence. It does have limits to number of business cards, credit cards, photographs and the multitudes of items that wind up in most wallets. However, that is not what it is designed for. It is generally for minimalist use when pockets cannot accommodate much more or when one needs special security to foil pickpockets.

Compact,works as advertised
Solid,well-built.Has bottle opener(works, been tested!).Elastic band is wide, flexible, and easily holds everything together without being too tight or difficult to stretch to get cards, money out. This lightweight 'wallet' is the exact size of a credit card, and would hold six or seven within its metal body. The only drawback is any cash has to be folded, and of course, you would have to unfold the bills while holding this wallet...kinda clumsy.Tip:fold bills in thirds, they become as wide as a credit card and slide on in. This was what I wanted;lightweight, small footprint in your pocket, and durable(plus a bottle opener).

Free from the bulk.
The durable design and craftsmanship of this minimizer is one I will hold on to and reorder when the time comes. It also forced me to get rid of a bunch of garbage I was carrying around in my wallet before. Getting rid of the bulk and transferring the carry to my front pocket also eliminated stress on my lower back. It really makes a difference.

does what is supposed to do.
Its a bit harder to get cards out than my other generic slim wallet. But it does what is should do and its holding up fine after several months of using it. Only down side is it seems to rub a hole in my back pocket.
