Can you dump the capsuls in water/shake, or do you have to swallow them?

I poured them into my shake because I have a hard time swallowing pills.  This made me very regular and it worked just fine.  Do what is best for you because you know your own body.

go to http://heatherhunterdc.com or google Heather Hunt 21 day purification cleanse instructions, she breaks it down pretty well with what food you can eat, how often to eat, and how much.  You basically will eat fruit veggies, and smoothies for the first 10 days.  The last 11 days you can incorporate 1/4 C. whole grain per day & organic fish or chicken about the size of your palm 1/X per day.  You will eat tons of beans, avacados, and hommus to help fill you up.  You also get to eat healthy fats like organic butter, EVOL, & coconut oil, so food can taste good.  Home made veggi soups of all types are a must, you can make a pot & freeze the left overs for lunch.  Coconut Curry is another staple with or without meat.  Stuff Green peppers w/ curried tomatoes, onions & zucchini.  My Husband & I do this cleanse once a year, and we love it.  Since you're eating small amounts of healthy food every 3-4 hours, you really aren't hungry, and you don't have many cravings.  If you're a coffee drinker, taper off b/4 the 1st day, to avoid headaches.  It also gets easier each time, as you learn to experiment with different recipies, you can get lots of great veggie recipies by digging around on the internet.  Good Luck, and enjoy!
