My barrels do not, however, have the high rib, but, in my opinion, there is enough stretch in the fabric that the rib will slide in without a problem. **Q: Will this sock cover my 58" long rifle?** A: No, for riflo, have a special one piece for rifle sock. **Q: Why are there two pieces?** A: Originally designed for an over/under shotgun.... which breaks down into two pieces.
