Helpful tips.
I am a very adult pianist not taught shaping as a child. I am teaching myself to do this throuh Utube and getting tips from friends and books. I start practice with these exercises that are much below my skill level, but are great for shaping wrists, forearms and body posture.

Great piano teaching books that challenge my students from Primer to Advanced
I really enjoy teaching with the Faber books in addition to other methods I use. No matter what the level, this series focuses on getting my students to read their music more quickly. There's a strong base in music theory and I find my students play from the grand staff a bit more quickly.
