What is the size range for a medium verses a large? I wear a size 8.

No one at the company can answer the compression rating?

I do not know the actual compression ratings, but there is a difference in the compression. It is tighter in the lower legs as compression pants should be. These are the best that I have found with ought spending a lot more money. They are comfortable and stay up ( important to me) and they are cute. I have several of them.
