My sleep problem didn't resolve
I purchased this to get sleep as am suffering from insomnia... After using this for one week, I am writing this review.Though I took this capsule along with magnesium glycinate I didn't get sleep through out the night...My brain gets active after taking this capsule. I am not sure this varies from person to person. Ultimately this did not solve my problem.

I started getting headaches lasting throughout the day. I wasn't sure why. I didn't get them taking these supplements at first so I didn't where they were coming from. I got the first one while mountain biking. A dull headache, tired feeling along with slight nausea. Stopped taking them and the headaches subsided. Turns out that's a known possible side-effect. I should've read up on it more. Just be aware that it does happen to some users. And it's recommended to also take them before sleep. Headaches are telling you something may be wrong. If you try to sleep through it that might be an issue of concern as well. Don't get mad at the messenger. Just relaying a personal testimony - that's all.
