I have been using this charger for about a month and it's been reliable so far. Reliable enough that I ordered a second one. Also, you get a bonus storage pouch, which is nice for travel. I like to keep extra chargers around for living room, bedroom and laptop bag. After my original Dell charger suffered a premature demise, I ordered several "genuine Dell" chargers from another seller here on Amazon. Half arrived DOA and the other 2 only worked for a few months and died as well. One died completely and the other one keeps the computer running while plugged, but does not charge the battery. I'm hoping these last a long time. I'll update a few months down the road to report.

Pros: The product is really good so far. My laptop doesn't show any compatibility issues for my Dell XPS 13 9350. It's a 3pin plug and very robust and durable. It has 45W adapter which is also good built. The charging port lights up when it is plugged, which is good. It also comes with a small pouch which is very convenient for traveling. Cons: The charging port is really delicate and somewhat flimsy. But it is working fine so far. Just have to be careful a little bit while using it. Conclusion: Best product you can have moneywise. So far, 5 stars from me. Worth every penny.

The charger worked flawlessly until it just stopped working after about 3 Months of use. I can't say it's a quality problem though, since the same thing happened to me once with an original Dell charger (and even the replacement I got from Dell stopped working after about 2 years, which is why I ordered this one). The reason I'm still giving 5 stars is that the process of claiming the warranty was uncomplicated (once you find the contact page at https://www.amazon.com/sp?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&seller=A2H7JIR5YOJGOB). I didn't even had to send back the old charger and got the replacement within a week.

Works well and is easy to port around; however, it takes a few hours to charge, and the battery tends to die faster.

This works great with my Dell XPS 13 9350. I have only had it a couple of weeks so I am not sure about durability, but so far it seems great. If it continues to hold up, it is a great value!

I needed an extra charge cord for my Dell XPS, so I ordered this device. I plugged the laptop in to this cord in the evening, and the computer sent an alert saying that the charge cord was low wattage and could lead to suboptimal performance of the computer. I left the computer plugged in over night, and when I checked it in the morning, the fan was blowing full speed and the computer was very hot! I believe had I not checked the computer when I did, it would have been ruined. This cord should not be sold on any site! I am now told that a proper charge cord must be purchased from Dell, which I have done, and it works well (doesn't burn up my computer!)

I think these are the best after market chargers for Dell. Keep in mind, Latitude laptops and some of the others use the standard large oval size chargers. The XPS line, some Inspiron and some Precision line use this one. Some of the micro Optiplex lines have a similar connector, but I'm pretty sure this won't work with them - I think they require a 130W one. Anyway, I've bought a few these for our business and they're great.

This is the first charger that worked properly with my 2 XPS 12 labtops - This Laptob is very temperemental when it comes to charger unit - Even a genuine DELL charger won't work anymore... I took a chance and got that one and I was surprised that it worked so I ordered a second one for my other XPS 12 and now they both charge! At this price, don't hesitate if you have a "difficult" XPS dell laptop!

Product came with a little travel pouch which is a nice gesture but will probably not be used by most people. I would have preferred to pay a bit less and forego the travel pouch. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

I have it for more than a month and works just fine. Hope it does the same for the future too.

First the charger worked for the first couple of charges for Dell XPS 13 9343. However, the small little dome shaped area on the charger itself overheats to the point of burning your finger. The laptop does not charge. Lasted one week before failing.
