As it comes from the house bakersville. recieved in a veru good oacking condition as amazon is also known for its packing and same with this product. Go and buy this right now. I baked some brownies, molten lava cakes and prepared some ganache, and to my utter delightfulness all the items turned out fabulously sinful. One suggestion to the manufacturer would be to increase the content of cocoa liquor from the current 18-38% to around 60% to enable a baking enthusiast like me to provide glossiness and sheen to the finished products.
