It doesn't lend a flavor like olive oil. IT is just for cooking. In my humble opinion i.e.

Great Olive Oil
This has become my favorite as for as Olive Oils are concerned. The Oil has a good balance in taste and body and works well with most dishes.

Very nice oil. From Italy. Glass bottle. Very fresh tasting. Bought it because grapeseed oil can be heated to very high temperatures. I am using it in the air fryer I bought. Coconut oil is also great for high temperatures but imparts a coconut flavour into everything. Olive oil not good for high heating. Butter burns in the Air fryer. So this oil has been perfect. I put some in an oil mister bottle to use.

This is an excellent quality oil. It arrived earlier than anticipated and very well wrapped/protected so it wouldn't break. You get a big bottle for a very reasonable price. Tastes light and is an excellent oil for use as a vinaigrette and for frying at high temperature. Will definitely buy again!

For the price Colavita oils are always fantastic and this grape seed oil is wonderful. I am personally not the best cook but it makes what I do cook taste great. I have bought it for relatives who ARE good cooks and didn’t tell them it was lower priced and they didn’t know - they thought it was higher priced and I had to confess when they asked where I bought it. I would definitely recommend this oil.

I don’t know what you mean by sturdiness. I’d never had grape seed oil before. I love the taste and I also use it as a carrier oil for essential oils. Very light, absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth, satiny finish.
