Elegant-looking and feel like a real chef's knives. After looking at all the dull and mis-matched knives I've accumulated over the years, I wanted to get a good set of proper cooking knives. I didn't need twenty knives, just a small set of really good knives. They're lightweight and easy to handle. A vegetable peeler is also included. I think these would make a nice wedding or shower gift.
