You can get them at any grocery store. hope that helps. **Q: Is this carafe microwave safe?** A: GLASS IS mIcrowave safe but handle and plastic surrounding not recommended for putting directly in microwave **Q: Need coffee braun glass pot. only 4 1/2 in high to fit. only #'s on model are 4085 type & 400/420 on bottom. might be 10 cup?** A: Excellent glass pot **Q: I don't have a model number, all I can find is type 458. Will it fit this one?** A: On the metal plate on the underside of the coffee maker unit, mine says 3105 as type/model. The manual that came with it when purchased the original unit back in 2006 also sites #KF580. I found this perfect Braun coffee pot that heats the coffee that uses 1100 W much more than the standard 900 W for larger pots. The Wattage is what makes the coffee hot. I bought this coffee maker in 2002 and it is still going strong but I broke the carafe about 4 months ago. It is very hard to find a 10 cup carafe, they all seem to be at 12 cups. Plus, this Braun needs the right shape to fit the machine. Wallah, so happy I found this replacement carafe that is made for this exact coffee maker.
