Do these come with front sight screw?

Both sets of sights that I purchased came with the front sight retaining screw. There were no issues with the screws when mounting the sight on a Glock 26 or Glock 27.

are these stock height?

Beware if you have a Glock 23 Gen 5 Gen 4 and lower have a slightly shorter front sight than the gen 5 version .165” vs .180” meaning your POA will be higher, from what I calculated .45" at 15ft, .6" at 20ft and 1.5" at 50ft. You cannot return these once received.
