Original Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts, Medium, 1 Pair, 3-Layer, Up to 3/8" Lift

This heel lift fits snug (side to side) in my Nike tennis shoe and doesn't move at all when I walk. It also works in my other brands of tennis shoes. It's great quality and does the job. It feels like a soft leather on top. I forget I even have it in my shoe. I've tried other heel lifts before finding this one and they all ruined my shoe inserts and moved around when I walked (even after having them glued in by a professional Cobbler). Very happy with this purchase.

This Warwick half insole works in my HOKA Mafate X and HOKA and Skyward X Road-Running. There are a lot of great brands of shoes, I choose these shoes because they have a CARBON FIBER PLATE built in. (That is what the “X” means) To be clear, I walk 4-6 miles a day, I am not a runner. I do not use the original Hoka insoles. I use a stiff insole with low to medium arch, what I want is the heel lifted up a little more, this helps me walk faster. Since almost every running or walking shoe is too soft, I double up on insoles, I use the Warwick half sole under a full insole. I hope this helps, foot comfort is vital and these are great under a quality insole or orthotics. I realize this works for me, it is a fair amount of lift, but it feels fantastic. Lot of experimenting, this works for me.

I'm really pleased with these inserts. My chiropractor recommended that I try them as I have a slight length discrepancy in my legs. I find them really comfortable. I was worried that I would feel a difference in the sole of my shoe when walking but I don't, they feel fine and my back pain has greatly diminished. I wear a women's size 10 shoe and have found that they fit my shoes perfectly and they also stay in place really well. They were really easy to apply, some of my shoes have removable insoles and so I just stuck them underneath. In the shoes without removable insoles I just fit them over the insoles and they haven't moved at all. I'm really glad I chose this brand, they're really supportive and are made from high quality materials.

They are very accommodating and fit great and do the job. The only thing I don't like is that they smell like rubber. I have bought several and use for all shoes. To kill the new smell, I put them in a baggie with baking soda for a few days and when I took them out, they had lost a lot of the smell. Put them under your current shoe insole. They don't ever slip around. I recommend.

I have spent ~ 5 years trying to sort out my leg/back pain. PTA diagnosised me with pelvis that wasn't square and had me try one of these out. I wore one for a couple days and nearly immediatley noticed reduction in my pain. So I jumped on amazon to see if I could order more. Found them and have ordered several. For me they work, I can't say they will work for you and you should follow your Dr. for that part of things.The good about these is they are cheap and go into shoes easily. I'm a size 13 and the medium works for me. The best part is the price. At this price I have ordered several and just leave them in my shoes, I don't move them around.The bad part is that these are three layers that are glued together and the glue is marginal on a good day. I have had to use something like gorilla glue on every one I have. Once I do that they just stay in the shoe and work.So when you buy these if you need to keep multiple layers together for the adjustment you need get a tube of some kind of super glue at the same time and you will end up with a heel lift that is inexpensive and flat out works.

My 12 year old son has Osgood-Schlatter disease. He is an athlete and it has made things very challenging for him. I had purchased him lifts from the podiatrist, but found these on Amazon and gave them a try. They are amazing! They are great quality and the suede prevent prevents my son’s foot from slipping in his shoes. They also have great adhesive. I have ordered more to put in his regular shoes. He also has put these in his soccer cleats and has found pain relief. I would highly recommend them. He says they are comfortable and provide him with more support.

I've used these two times after both of my hip surgeries. They are great help with the length difference while my legs adjust. Easy to use and adjust as needed (peeling off individual layers) - highly recommend
