Very Reliable Printer - Previous One Lasted Over a Decade
I have used the same printer for over a decade. It's been more reliable than other HP laser printers. QuickBooks is tied to Versacheck for printing checks -- which is far more of a pain than it should be. On a few occassions I've had to speak with their tech support for hours as even they couldn't get things working properly. So, I've moved to a new laptop -- and this is the only thing that is dreaded the most. Once the old HP printer stopped working properly, I had to find an identical replacement as I didn't want to deal with this. The refurbished printer works as good as the old one did -- and it lasted for over a decade! The seller forgot to provide a free toner, so they took care of this without any hassle in a timely manner that was friction free. Great machine and great seller!

HP 1505N printer
Packaging was very good, well protected from banging damage. Used ink toner was included, thank you, power cord also. No printer cable, not an issue I have the old one. Printer took a while to set up but worked fine afterwards. I have had printer for a week only, so review is short term, right now very satisfied.
