I've used it a few times, to cut limbs and small trees around my home. I don't think I've used it enough to dull the chain, but I am guessing I must have. So I did some research on the net. And decided to purchase this bar and chain from Oregon brand to replace my current ones. Not sure I needed a new bar, but for this price, I went ahead and did so. While I waited the two days to receive my order, I cleaned out a bunch of grime, wood chips and likely dirt from my chainsaw. OK - easy install, easy replacement. And I'll tell you what. This kit is AWESOME. Honestly, this outperforms the original chain the saw came with. I have read that the eGo saws come with eGo branded chains/bars from Oregon, but there is no similarity in the way the two cut wood. It took minutes to cut up a large (15" diameter) branch that came down during a recent storm here. I mean minutes. And easy. The less force you put on the saw, the faster the saw cuts through the limb.. Crazy good. Love it.
