These are effective in absorbing light dripping after urination. That would be perfect if if they were a bit stickier. Sometimes they move around a bit inside the under shorts. Still, they're the best I found. And I do recommend them

Product provides adequate protection for minor leaks, or dribbles, and is easy to attach to protect underwear. Usually receive in one day which is a plus, but last box received looked like Amazon crushed it as had to pitch box. No reflection on provider as Amazon needs to do better job, especially if they packaged box in condition I received.

They are not what I thought I ordered. They are very thin and it doesn't take much to become soaked
