Making fondue’s. Wonderful cooker cheese and chocolate, haven't done beef yet

Very happy with the product. Used several times with no problem. Excellent quality. Only downside with purchase was the free gel pack didn’t arrive and despite querying this, I’ve had no response from the seller. Shame about service but quality is excellent.

This fondue is, like all Staubb stuff, very heavy cast iron and made to last forever. This size was perfect for two people. One nag is that it is delivered without at least one fire gel pouch that you use to keep the food warm. I went to a local kitchen store and these are easily purchased, but it was annoying on the first use not to have a sample. Fire risks perhaps? Overall, very sturdy and I find I can melt the cheese on the hob and bring it back to the table. Being such thick iron, the cheese will stay hot for at least 15 mins without the flame anyway. Overall, an excellent product and considerably cheaper via Amazon than normal stores or online from the brand itself.

The burner is small and flimsy and cannot keep the broth hot enough for meat fondue, as described in the product description. You will need to buy a bigger burner and a bigger stand for making meat fondue, perhaps a table top electric unit. This is a pity because the pan and its stand are strong and sturdy products, as you would expect from Staub. I eventually bought an Iwatani table-top gas butane gas burner for about £80 which does the job very well.

Beautiful Staub fondue model. Everything except gel and cheese is included. It packs nicely in the box after use. Highly recommended. I bought Bosca 2 fondue safe disposable fuels, and used it instead of original fuel dish in the box. It made it soooo easy. ❤️

C’est du Staub, fabrication magnifique. Parfait pour 6 personnes, on a même fait 7. J’ai choisi ce caquelon car j’ai d’autres produits Staub que j’adore, je voulais de la sécurité avec cet appareil. Là tout est en fonte donc c’est bien lourd et stable sur la table.
