Does the job

Husband ordered these to support physio therapy exercises following a shoulder and hip injury. He was recommended them by his physio therapist and he has found them very beneficial and would highly recommend them.

Whilst I do rate Rocktape in general ( we use the kinesiology tape in regular basis) I am bit disappointed with the bands. I have had them two days and the graphics on the bands are pretty poor. Only used them a few times and the logo is peeling off already. I’m not implying that this will affect the quality of the actual band but aesthetically it has a poor design. If you look at the rogue tape next to it, you will see the difference and I have had the rogue tape for almost two years.

Very good product. I am using it on a daily basis and it'll never wears out or loses its elasticity. Very well designed. Highly recommending this product. Base on my experience it is way better than 100% other brands in the market.

Did not like because it was to bulky

Happy with purchase. Use as a warm up or just if I’m watching tv. Not used for long but do have some knee issues with running and two days of this I went for a run and felt pretty good. I’m not suggesting this is the only reason for a good run but I do feel like it’s helped.

I bought this after one of my soccer team mates from my 50+ team recommended it. His chiropractor recommended it and showed me how it was used. My ankle had been bothering me for ~ 2 weeks, almost preventing me from playing (which for me means it was really bad). I tend to "play through" my injuries, but this was getting too much to bear and definitely effected my game. Normally a little sprain would not last longer than a couple days. This was getting worse. The RockFloss arrived quickly and within a week of using it every day my ankle was good enough to play a full game. MY chiropractor agreed it was a good product, but also told me ice my ankle. I rarely ice, but the RockFloss made it easy to first wrap my ankle and then after the 2 minutes of wrapping I used the Rockfloss to hold the icepack in place- great extra use of the product! After 3 weeks of use the ankle was 95% better. It's been ~ 3 months now and I probably should still use it, but I've largely forgotten the problem. I think that is a big deal considering that my chiropractor had been very concerned when I showed her the ankle- I was told not to play for a few weeks.

I bought these for my 2 teens who participate in Track and Field. They both are pole vaulters. A coach recommended a different brand, which I couldn't find on Amazon. I searched online for another highly rated brand and found these. My kids have been using them for a few weeks now and they say this is just as good as the other brand. I only wish they sold a two pack. They are thick and seem sturdy. I tried another brand for them and it was too flimsy. It seemed like it would tear just opening the roll. These do not have that problem.
