2X4 Nested Steel Target Stand

I recently bought another Steel target kit from Atflbox because I needed the 1/2in thick IPSC target. Everything about that product is great except for the base (it wobbles due to being canted). I needed a second base for a different smaller target as well, and I decided to buy this one from Birchwood and no joke this stand is so much more level and sturdy feeling. I was shocked at how well constructed every detail of the base was. First of all, it’s squared up (flush to the floor), the finish is a high quality gloss paint, it comes with 2 stakes, and the screw is a standard ratchet style bolt making it easy to secure to a 2x4. Definitely will be getting more of these in the future. Highly recommend this one over other competitor brands out there.

Excellent design that collapses and stores/transports very compact. Sturdy when deployed. Bought one, then 2 more.

Perfect stand for steel challenge 10” and 12” plates. Stable and built to last.

Good value for the money. The steel seems well-built but is on the thinner side and with heavier targets the base can become flimsy and will need to be tacked down to the ground. Great mount for the price it’s what I would expect it is perfectly functional and has resisted the elements for months outside without signs of any degradation

Works great for my 20" torso 3/8 steel target. Comes with steel ground holding spikes which are just right when shooting 9mm and 45's. Don't need them for 22lr. Easy to dissemble and throw in the car along with 5 ft 2 x 4 and torso target. Part of my portable steel 5 shot range. (2 six inch round / 2 three inch round steels hanging from Lowe's Garden shepherd hooks - the torso target is the get out #5 shot but you must hit the red painted head portion) Start at 15 feet and back to 20 and then to 25. You can score it on time and hits or just on hits for each round of 5 shots.

I was surprised how well built it is and the strength of the stand. If you need a target stand do not hesitate to buy it. Highly recommended.

As expected these are heavy but you still need to anchor them. I have had these for a while(at least 5 months in use) and leave them out. No rust yet.

Works as advertised. Seems to be made of good material, and heavy enough to be used without weights.
