I recently had new wood looking tile floors put in my downstairs part of my house. I bought one bottle of this to try on the dining room just to see how it would works. First, it's fantastic. It goes on easy and it doesn't streak or leave a residue like some others. It doesn't smell and dries quickly. The bottle goes a long way. I will be buying more. I can't recommend this high enough.

I love that this brand is non toxic. I’m all for supporting non toxic brands BUT this did not seal at all. It barely helped and within a day or two my grout was already absorbing again. I’m going to need to try a different brand. I tried this product out twice and noticed no difference so it just sits in the garage now. It did not work for us but it might work for someone else.

Great working product & easy to apply.

Easy to use worked great!

Used it on porous shower floor tile and grout and did a nice job sealing it without. being slippery. I wanted to use it on another shower floor after cleaning it and regrouting it, but the product came out yellow. I contacted the company and they requested photos, both outside and inside the bottle. The product inside the bottle was clear, but when using the sprayer (which the bottle comes with and which is how you apply the product) it comes out yellow. After that, the company stopped their communication with me. I can only infer that the mechanism inside the sprayer itself is rusting or may be degrading because of exposure to the product. The bottle was kept in an air-conditioned house. I shouldn't have to buy a different sprayer and transfer the contents to use it again; therefore, even though the actual sealer contents was good, the packaging, application and customer support is lacking.

Working well

I’m hopeful this is going to be great. I have treated my shower to about 80% coverage. I had to order more to finish up. I love that there is no strong chemical odor. I’m very sensitive to chemicals, and I was able to use this. You do need to wear gloves because of the overspray.

I really appreciate this product. No odour. Simple application and it seals as it should. Thank you.

Very easy to use and no smell. Spayed on the first coat and used an artist paint brush for the second coat. I will have to wait and see if the grout lines stay clean. Would buy again. Thanks for a non toxic product.

I have porcelain tile with un-sanded grout. The application and clean up were very easy. It would have been even easier if the spray nozzle included some type of tube that directed the flow to the grout only.

Great seal

Goes on easily, doesn't smell bad. But after 3 coats and letting it cure, the grout still stains easily if I don't wipe up food splatters immediately (I have light grey grout).
